The information submitted below will be used to design and develop your organization’s new website. Please be sure to enter accurate information and review for any typos or incorrect details. As long as you click ‘Update’ at the bottom of the form at the end of each session, your information will be saved. You can edit and add information in multiple sessions. When a section is complete (i.e. Website Information) please notify your Account Manager and they will provide next steps.
Use the fields below to submit your website content to Tapp Network. You may choose to provide URLs to shared document (Google Docs, OneDrive, etc…) or upload your files directly, you do NOT have to provide both. If you choose to provide URLs, please be sure that access is open to the public and/or anyone who has the link as various members of our development team may need to access the documents.
